All products are tested and verified before dispatch to ensure quality.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (if any).
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only accepted payment method.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call or message from our team before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service.
Free delivery is available for orders above Rs. 2000.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number.

5. Returns & Replacements

Refunds are not offered, except under verified product defect conditions.
If the product has a technical or manufacturing issue, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Products must be in their original condition, without any additional damage or signs of misuse.
Items damaged due to mishandling, overcharging, or external factors will not be replaced.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Customers are required to pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at your provided address.
Refusing to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reason may result in the account being restricted from future orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Techubs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
All products must be used as instructed to avoid damage or malfunction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the property of Techubs and protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use or duplication of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
