At Techubs, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Confirmation

  • After you place an order, our team will review it and send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp from our official number.

  • Your order will be dispatched only after confirmation is received from you.

  • Orders that remain unconfirmed for more than 48 hours may be automatically canceled.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Once confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your city or region.

  • Remote areas may require additional days for delivery.

  • Delivery delays may occur during holidays, sale periods, or due to courier service disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery is available for all orders above Rs. 2000.

  • Orders below Rs. 2000 will have a small delivery fee, displayed at checkout.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly.

  • Techubs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • All parcels are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof so we can assist you promptly.
